10 Days for 10 Years

Ten years after opening its doors along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Henderson Beach Resort is raising a glass to a decade in Destin. From Nov. 6–15, the resort will mark its 10th anniversary with “Ten Years of Excellence, Ten Days of Celebration,” a 10-day lineup of culinary experiences, wellness, live entertainment, community giving and anniversary-only offerings many with playful nods to the resort’s 2016 debut.

Friday, Nov. 6 | Sunset Toast | The Rooftop Bar
We raise a glass to 10 years at an invite-only champagne reception as the sun slips into the Gulf, with passed hors d’oeuvres, live music, and the debut of our signature 10-year cocktail.

Saturday, Nov. 7 | Primrose Plates | Primrose Coastal Italian | 5PM-9PM
Fresh pasta, made to order, right before your eyes. Primrose Coastal Italian hosts a live pasta action station featuring made-to-order $10 plates and a shaken-and-stirred cocktail showcase.

Sunday, Nov. 8 | Retail Day | The Living Room | 11AM-4PM
The Living Room becomes a shopping destination for one day only, with special pricing on Jellycat and OluKai, plus cocktail sampling and light bites.

Monday, Nov. 9 | Vintage Ten | Horizons Gastropub | 4PM-7PM
Horizons Gastropub pours in honor of the year it all began: a first glass of wine for $2.16, a nod to 2016, alongside original favorites such as snapper bites, crispy cauliflower, plus the signature anniversary cocktail.

Tuesday, Nov. 10 | Roll into Ten | The Rooftop Bar | 5PM-10PM
Ten years deserves its own roll. Watch it built live at The Rooftop Bar’s sushi action station — a limited-edition $10 10th Anniversary Roll, live music and the signature cocktail; guests can join the celebration.

Wednesday, Nov. 11 | Pause for Ten: Decade-worthy relaxation | The  Henderson Spa | 4PM-6PM 
The Henderson Spa throws open its doors from 4PM – 6PM for complimentary micro treatments, food and beverage, spa features and a first look at the Five Senses Experience.

Thursday, Nov. 12 | Henderson Gives Back
A decade of hospitality means a decade of community. A portion of every signature anniversary cocktail poured today benefits the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center, while the team behind ten remarkable years gets its own reception and service pins.

Friday, Nov. 13 | Cocktail Lab: A Decade in the Making | Destin Ballroom | 2PM-3:30PM
For $2.16, guests can step behind the bar with resident mixologist Kenichi Saito for an intimate class in the Destin Ballroom. Learn three signature creations and the techniques to recreate them at home. Only 30 seats. Reservations required.

Saturday, Nov. 14 | Tailgating Henderson Style | The Piazza | 3PM-7PM
Big screens, big flavor and every game that matters. Celebrity grill master Jack Arnold takes over The Piazza with steaks carved to order, truck-tailgate stations and DJ 30A on the deck. $20.16 per person, Reservations required.

Sunday, Nov. 15 | A Toast to Ten Years | Crystal Ballroom | 10AM-1PM
The decade closes the way it opened, together, over a very good meal. The anniversary brunch brings live action stations, a smooth sax soundtrack, local artists’ work on display and a parting gift from The Henderson Spa. Crystal Ballroom. $20.16 per person. Reservations required.
