Cancellation Policy – Hotel
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of one night’s deposit except when booking a non-refundable rate. Policy varies based on the type of rate or promotion booked. Please see promo copy for details.

Deposit Policy
First night’s room, tax and resort fee is charged upon booking. Policy varies based on the type of rate or promotion booked.

Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $49 will apply. The fee includes: private beach access, state-of-the-art fitness center, seasonal water sports, bicycles, entry to Henderson Beach State Park, wi-fi, and self-serve Starbucks® beverages on each floor (Resort guests only).

Parking
A daily valet fee of $39 will apply per vehicle, per night. Limited remote parking is available for $29 per vehicle, per night. No RV Trailers or Boats permitted on property.

Check-In/Out Time
Hotel: check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Vacation Rentals (Lofts, Parkside, Cottages): check-ins up to 6:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.

Check-in Age Policy
One guest staying within the guestroom must be 21 years or older upon arrival to check-in for the reservation.

Incidentals Hold Policy
A $150 per night hold for incidentals will be placed on your card at check-in. This temporary hold covers things such as room charges, dining, or other services, and any unused funds will be released upon departure, subject to your bank’s processing time.

Smoking
We are a smoke-free resort. Smoking is not allowed in guest accommodations or public areas. A cleaning fee (minimum of $300, based on accommodation size) will be assessed in the event of a violation.

Food
The Henderson does not allow outside food, beverage, and alcohol to be brought into the resort public areas, pool or beach. As you prepare for your visit, know that the resort does not allow coolers at the pool or beach.

Pets
Select rooms and suites of the hotel are designated as dog-friendly. Guests traveling with their dog(s) must contact the resort to specify in advance and sign our P.A.W. Agreement prior to arrival for placement and confirmation of your accommodations. Dogs are not permitted inside our restaurants, spa, or on our pool decks. In addition, dogs are not permitted on beaches in Okaloosa County. For hotel Pet information click here.
